All lets at the Promenades Church are charges on a per-session basis. A session is a four hour period as follows:-
morning to lunchtime
afternoon to teatime
evening to 11pm
A degree of flexibility is allowed. For example, a let that runs from 10am until 2pm would be charged as one session, even though it straddles two. If however, the let was to run from 10am until 6pm, then it would be charged as two sessions.
